Outdoor LED video walls · Western Washington

Movies in the park, bright enough for high noon.

Our LED video wall is bright enough to watch in full daylight. Show kids' movies in the afternoon and a family movie in the evening, and have everyone out of the park and home by 10 PM. The kids aren't cranky, and grandma and grandpa can come too.

What your city does today vs. City Park Events

A projector waits for 10 PM.
Our wall starts at high noon.

Most cities still rent a projector and a blow-up screen, which means waiting until 10 PM for the sky to get dark enough. That means late-night park permits, cranky kids and unhappy neighbors. Here's what changes when the picture makes its own light.

Questions

Good to know

Can we really show a movie at noon?

Yes. Our LED video wall makes its own light and is bright enough to watch in full daylight. With a projector, summer movies in Western Washington can't start until about 10 PM. With City Park Events you can run kids' movies in the afternoon and a family movie in the evening, and everyone is home by 10.

Do you handle the movie license?

Showing a movie in a public park requires a public performance license. We guide you through it, help you pick titles that are available for your date, and include it in your plan.

Do we need a late-night park permit?

Usually not. Because the show ends early in the evening, the park can keep its normal hours. That also means no late-night traffic for the neighbors.

What do we need to provide?

A level, accessible spot in the park and access for our truck. We bring the video wall, sound, power distribution and crew, and we set up, run and tear down the show.

Where do you work?

We are based in Marysville and serve parks and venues across Western Washington, from Bellingham to Olympia.

Can sponsors help pay for the event?

Yes. The video wall can run sponsor slides and video before the show and during intermission, and many communities use title, concession and movie sponsorships to offset the cost of the event.
